TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL SHOOK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD. THE FAILURE CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO SWERVE INTO OTHER LANES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 61,000.
