TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 BMW X5. WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THE CONTACT SMELLED A BURNING ODOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY, THE INTERIOR CAUGHT FIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN UNKNOWN LOCATION. NO FURTHER DETAILS WERE AVAILABLE FOR THE FIRE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000.
