TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HUMMER H3. WHILE DRIVING DOWN A HILL AT 60 MPH, A PLASTIC PARTICLE FROM THE HOOD FRACTURED AND STRUCK THE WINDSHIELD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 121,000.
