Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A COMPLETE LOSS OF POWER. ALL OF THE WARNING INDICATORS WERE ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE FAILURE RECURRED APPROXIMATELY EIGHT TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ON VARIOUS OCCASIONS, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 5,800. UPDATED 03/04/16*LJ
