Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 TOYOTA RAV4. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HIS WIFE PULLED INTO THE DRIVEWAY, PUSHED THE IGNITION BUTTON; AND APPLIED THE EMERGENCY BRAKE; HOWEVER, SHE FORGOT TO SHIFT THE VEHICLE INTO THE PARK POSITION. UPON THE CONTACT'S WIFE EXITING THE VEHICLE, IT RAN OVER HER AND CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT'S WIFE WAS INJURED AND RECEIVED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 85.
