Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC YUKON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REVERSING, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING ON SIX SEPARATE OCCASIONS. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. ON ANOTHER OCCASION, THE CONTACT WAS REVERSING AND THE VEHICLE STALLED CAUSING THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A VEHICLE PARKED NEAR THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,000. UPDATED 11/18/15*LJ THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE ALSO HAD NUMEROUS OTHER ELECTRICAL ISSUES. SOME OF THE ISSUES CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO SHUT DOWN OR REVERSE.
