Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET SPARK. WHILE IN PARK, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY STARTED. THE CONTACT HAD TO PLACE THE KEY IN THE IGNITION AND TURN THE KEY TO THE OFF POSITION TO TURN THE VEHICLE OFF. ALL THE INTERIOR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE OR REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,800. MA 10/19/2015 *CN
