Consumer Description
STARTED 08 CHARGER WITH NO PROBLEM DROVE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES, STOPPED AT GAS STATION TURNED OFF CAR TOOK KEY OUT FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTES. PUT KEY IN IGNITION AND IT WOULD NOT TURN, COULDN'T SHIFT OUT OF GEAR. TRIED FOR TEN MINUTES BEFORE CALLING A TOW. DRIVER TRIED TO TURN KEY WITH NO LUCK. AFTER TELLING ME HE PROBABLY COULDN'T GET IT ON THE FLATBED WITHOUT POSSIBLY MESSING UP THE TRANS HE WENT IN THE TRUNK DISCONNECTED THE BATTERY FOR A MINUTE. TRIED AGAIN CAR STARTED. THIS PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED CALLED CHRYSLER ABOUT KEYFOB RECALL EARLIER THEY SAID IT WASN'T ONE ON MY PARTICULAR VEHICLE
