Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE WAS CONSUMING AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF OIL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE WOULD CONSUME A QUART OF OIL EVERY 750 - 950 MILES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION FOR AN UNKNOWN MANUFACTURER CAMPAIGN RELATED TO THE FAILURE; HOWEVER, THE PARTS NEEDED TO DO THE REPAIRS WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 117,000.
