Consumer Description

THERE WAS A CRACKING/POPPING SOUND COMING FROM THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. IT HAS BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP FOR 2 WEEKS NOW (08/18/2015) BUT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY REPLACED THE "RACK" BUT THAT THE VEHICLE STILL HAD THE SAME STEERING PROBLEMS. THIS IS AFTER THEY REPLACED THE CLUTCHES AGAIN IN THIS VEHICLE. AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH I FOUND THAT THERE SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WITH THE EPAS (ELECTRIC POWER ASSISTED STEERING) IN THESE CARS. THIS CAR HAS MAJOR PROBLEMS.
