2012 FORD FUSION. ATTORNEY REPRESENTING CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE DEFECT ASSOCIATED WITH RECALL NOTICE. *SMD THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A SINGLE CAR ACCIDENT. CONSEQUENTLY, THE DRIVER WAS BURNED TO DEATH. THE LAWYER ON BEHALF OF THE DRIVER, BELIEVED THE ACCIDENT WAS DUE TO A DEFECT ASSOCIATED WITH THE VEHICLE THAT WAS RECALLED.
