TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 BUICK LACROSSE. AFTER PARKING AND ATTEMPTING TO EXIT THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY ROLLED BACK AND CRASHED INTO THE VEHICLE IN ITS REAR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
