Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FIESTA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE STARTED TO MAKE A SHUTTER MOTION AND FAILED TO ACCELERATE. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MECHANIC STATED THAT COMPUTER MODULE NEEDED TO BE CALIBRATED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000.
