TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 JEEP COMMANDER. WHILE COMING TO A STOP AT APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY AND STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHERE IT WAS SERVICED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V175000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, POWER TRAIN), BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V438000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) HOWEVER, THE PART NEEDED TO DO THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 134,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
