Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED A BURNING ODOR COMING FROM THE AIR VENTS IN THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND UPON FURTHER INSPECTION, NOTICED THAT THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS ABLE TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
