Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 SATURN SKY. WHILE REVERSING DOWN A HILL, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND STARTED TO SHAKE WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES FAILED AND THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS AND STOPPED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 34,000.
