TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE NITRO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 35 MPH, THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BELT UN-BUCKLED INDEPENDENTLY AND FAILED TO BUCKLE INTERMITTENTLY. THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
