Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS, THE ENGINE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE ENGINE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH AND THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE JERKS AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE FAILURES RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000.
