Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE WAS WORN OUT CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO VEER TO THE RIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE TIRE WAS 1/4 WORN OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS CAUSING THE TIRE TO WEAR OUT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 6,500. UPDATED 09/18/15*LJ
