Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 BMW 750LI. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT ABLE TO RESTART. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON TWO OTHER OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT DIAGNOSED THAT THE CASS MODULE AND BLADE KEY FOB NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 75,267.
