Consumer Description
AS I OPENED THE DOOR, I PULLED THE KNOB TO OPEN AND HEARD A CLICK. I FELT A CLICK AND NOW THE KNOB DOES NOT OPEN THE DOOR. I HAVE TO OPEN THE DOOR ON THE OUTSIDE.
