Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL WAS UNSTABLE AND THAT IT CONTINUED TO VEER TO THE LEFT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER MORE THAN FIVE TIMES, BUT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE DEALER PROVIDED AN ALIGNMENT MORE THAN FIVE TIMES, WHICH DID NOT REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE DEALER ROTATED THE TIRES ONCE AND THE CONTACT ALSO ROTATED THE TIRES, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS GETTING PROGRESSIVELY WORSE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,500.
