Consumer Description

THE TRUCK HAS HAD INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS WITH THE FRONT END, ASSEMBLY ON RIGHT AND LEFT SIDE. THE TRUCK WAS REPAIRED BY THE SHOP AND STILL NOT ABLE TO PERFORM CORRECTLY. FIRESTONE INVESTIGATED THE TRUCK AFTER IT WAS FIXED WITH ME TAKING IT BACK TO THE SHOP TO GET RE-FIXED. NOW AFTER IT HAS BEEN FIXED AGAIN, THE AXLE AREA IS STILL POPPING AND I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS FIXED OR NOT. I AM TIRED OF SPENDING MY MONEY ON IT. I WANT TO BLAME THE SHOP BUT I THINK IT IS A MANUFACTURER ERROR. ALSO, WITH THESE FRONT END ISSUES. THE FRONT END HIT A DIP IN THE ROAD AT ABOUT 30-35--NO DIP WARNING AND LOCKED UP THE FRONT END. I SPENT NEARLY $1000 REPLACING BRAKES, CALIPERS, AND ROTORS. NOT TO MENTION THE 300-500 REPLACING FRONT END PARTS ON THIS TRUCK. UPDATED 12/08/2017*CN
