TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA COROLLA. WHILE PLACING FUEL IN THE VEHICLE, THE LEVER TO THE FUEL TANK FRACTURED. THE CONTACT DROVE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT THE LEVER INSIDE FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000.
