Consumer Description

I WAS DRIVING IN RUSH HOUR STOP AND GO TRAFFIC AND ONCE I STOPPED AND ACCELERATED BETWEEN 10 - 20 MPH THE CAR WOULD MAKE A LOUD CLUNKING NOISE AND THE CAR WOULD SHAKE AS IF THE CAR WAS SLIPPING GEARS, AND THEN WOULD DRIVE FINE. ONCE I STOPPED AGAIN AND ACCELERATED IT WOULD DO THE SAME THING. IT DID THIS 6 TIMES IN A ROW SO I PULLED OVER AND HAD IT TOWED TO THE DEALER. DEALER COULD NOT REPLICATE ISSUE, NO CODES OR ERRORS COULD BE SEEN, AND THE CAR HAD THE LATEST SOFTWARE UPDATE. I REQUESTED THE DEALER HOLD ONTO THE CAR FOR TWO DAYS TO TRY AND REPLICATE THE ISSUE. AWAITING RESULTS.
