TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 (NA) FORD F-350. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THE VEHICLE WOULD PULL TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.
