TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 NISSAN VERSA. WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE HESITATED TO ACCELERATE. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE CVT TRANSMISSION FAILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000.
