TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE, THE VEHICLE LOST ACCELERATION POWER. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ALTERNATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 24,867.
