TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY DECELERATED WITHOUT WARNING. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES. THE VEHICLE TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE CLUTCHES IN THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,200. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
