2004 DODGE RAM. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE MECHANICAL AND DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENT REPAIR ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED HE EXPERIENCED A NON-CONSTANT SHAKE OR TREMBLE AND SELF-BRAKING, WITH A LOSS OF POWER AND THE INABILITY TO BE CONTROLLED, BOTH WHEN HAULING HORSES AND WITHOUT ANY TOW. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *JB
