TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 MITSUBISHI LANCER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A CRACK ON THE WINDSHIELD. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS TURNED ON, IT BLEW WARM AIR AFTER APPROXIMATELY FIVE MINUTES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,000.
