2000 DODGE MINI VAN. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO SEAT BELT MALFUNCTION. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED THE SEAT BELT BECAME TOO TIGHT AROUND A CHILD PASSENGER. THE SEAT BELT HAD TO BE CUT ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS.*JS THE CONSUMER STATED THE POWER CONTROL MODULE BOX MALFUNCTIONED. THE VEHICLE WOULD CUT OFF AND THE ENGINE WOULD REV UP TO 3,000 RPMS. *JS
