TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 300. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH AND APPROACHING A SIGNAL LIGHT, THERE WAS A LOUD ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE GEAR SHIFT. THE FAILURE RECURRED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,000.
