Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 SUBARU IMPREZA. AFTER TAKING POSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT BOTH THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE CONTROL ARMS FRACTURED DUE TO SEVERE RUSTING AND CORROSION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
