Consumer Description

I CONTACTED FCA CHRYSLER AFTER I WAS TOLD BY MECHANIC THAT THE ENGINE CRADLE OF MY 2005 PACIFICA WAS ROTTED THROUGH AND THAT IT WAS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. BROUGHT CAR TO MECHANIC FOR IMMEDIATE REPAIR. CONTACTED FCA AND WAS TOLD THAT EXTENDED WARRANTY APPLIES TO CARS ONLY BUILT BETWEEN FEB. 2004 AND MAR 2004. MY CAR WAS BUILT MAY OF 2004 AND HAS THE SAME PROBLEM. HOW CAN THIS NOT BE RECALLED WHEN THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS MATTER.
