I RECEIVED AN 'IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL' (P41) IN SEPTEMBER 2014. THE NOTICE INDICATED THAT THE NECESSARY PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND I WOULD RECEIVE NOTICE WHEN IT WAS. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THAT NOTICE. I TRIED CALLING AND WAS TOLD TO HOLD TO SPEAK WITH A REP - I HAVE HELD FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME AND NO ONE ANSWERS. IF THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE, I NEED IT TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. MY GRANDCHILDREN WILL BE IN THAT CAR THIS SUMMER AND I MUST INSIST THAT THEY BE SAFE.
