Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD F-250. WHILE DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL AT LOW SPEEDS, THE RUBBER STOPPER STRUCK THE AXLE AND CREATED A LOUD BANGING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000.MA 08/11/15 MA 10/8 THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE SHOCK ABSORBERS WERE REPLACED. UPDATED 8/14/15 *JS
