TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BUICK LACROSSE. UPON STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT WOULD ILLUMINATE INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS AND INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS WOULD FAIL INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000. MA 08/13/15
