Consumer Description

RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE IN THE FALL OF 2014 THAT ENGINE MAY SHUT OFF IF THE KEY IS HIT WITH LEG WHILE DRIVING (IGNITION SWITCH) SAFETY RECALL-P41/NHTSA-14V-438 THIS HAS OCCURRED NUMEROUS TIMES, EACH TIME WE HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALER, THEY TELL US THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED PARTS TO REPAIR IT. THIS IS A BIG CONCERN AND A DEFINITE SAFETY ISSUE FOR US. WE HAVE CONTACTED OUR ATTORNEY TO SEE WHERE WE GO FROM HERE. AT THIS POINT IN GOOD CONSCIENCE WE COULDN'T EVEN SELL THE VEHICLE! WE HAVE CONTACTED YOU BEFORE-NO RESPONSE.
