TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE PASSENGER HAD THEIR ARM ON THE REAR SEAT WINDOW. WHEN THE CONTACT ROLLED THE WINDOW DOWN, THE PASSENGER'S SKIN WAS ROLLED INTO THE WINDOW AND INJURED. THE CONTACT HAD TO ROLL THE WINDOW UP TO RELEASE THE PERSON'S SKIN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,500.
