TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 NISSAN ALTIMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE WINDOW FAILED TO OPEN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DIALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WINDOW ACTUATOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
