TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, THE VEHICLE WOULD SURGE FORWARD UNCONTROLLABLY CAUSING THE SEAT TO RECLINE. THE CONTACT STATED THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000.
