TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FORD F-350. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE POWER STEERING FAILED. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO PROVIDED AN UNKNOWN DIAGNOSTIC FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 79,000.
