Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHRYSLER 300. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION INDEPENDENTLY SHIFTED TO NEUTRAL. THE EMERGENCY BRAKE, GEAR SELECTION NOT AVAILABLE, AND SERVICE TRANSMISSION WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL FAILURE. THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE ISSUE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200.
