Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SLID TO THE RIGHT WHILE SLOWING DOWN. THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE MADE AN ABNORMAL POPPING NOISE WHEN THE SPEED DECREASED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE IPM MOTOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,000.
