Consumer Description

MY CHEVY AVALANCHE HAS A KNOWN ISSUE OF THE DASH CRACKING WHICH GM DENIES. LIKE MANY OTHER TAHOE,SILVERADO,AND AVALANCHE OWNERS I HAVE A CRACKED DASH RIGHT IN THE CORNER OF THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG AND ANOTHER OVER THE DRIVERS STEERING COLUMN. THE DASH FLAPS FREELY AND I'M WORRIED IF THE AIR BAG GOES OFF THAT SHARP SHRAPNEL WILL FLY IN THE FACE OF THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER. THERE ARE TONS OF OWNERS ALL OVER WITH IDENTICAL ISSUES.
