Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CALIBER. WHILE DRIVING AT 40 MPH, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE THAT CAME FROM THE UNDERCARRIAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE SUBFRAME AND SWAY BAR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 138,000.
