Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER BECAUSE OF A GRINDING NOISE EMERGING FROM THE ENGINE EVERY TIME A TURN WAS MADE. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE POWER STEERING UNIT WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,300. UPDATED 09/18/15*LJ
