Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET HHR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. THE VEHICLE REQUIRED A JUMP START IN ORDER TO RESTART. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE FAILURE OCCURRED AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V171000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE ALTERNATOR AND BATTERY WERE REPLACED AT DIFFERENT TIMES HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
