UPON REMOVAL OF SHATTERED GLASS THE REPAIRMAN NOTICED THAT MY REAR DEFROSTER ELECTRICAL CONNECTION HAD MELTED AND THEREFORE WAS THE CULPRIT! IT OVERHEATED AND SHATTERED THE REAR WINDOW! *TR
